KOA Terms of Service

1. 服务描述

KOA 让你爱的虚拟角色拥有真正的家——在多个游戏世界中与你并肩冒险，游戏之外也能打电话、发短信、共享记忆。

核心功能在你的本地设备上运行，不依赖云端
云端服务（激活验证、数据同步、邮箱账号）为辅助功能
AI 对话由你自行配置的第三方 AI 服务驱动，KOA 不提供 AI 模型

2. 激活码与付费

2.1 购买

激活码通过爱发电平台购买。购买行为受爱发电平台自身的交易条款约束。

2.2 使用限制

每个激活码最多可在 3 台设备上同时激活
激活码与设备指纹绑定，不可转让给其她用户
服务每 30 天进行一次在线验证，验证不通过后有 3 天宽限期

2.3 退款

退款政策遵循爱发电平台规则。如有特殊情况，请联系 support@koasystem.com。

3. 使用规范

使用 KOA 时，你同意不会：

逆向工程、反编译或试图破解激活系统
批量转售、公开分享或以任何方式分发激活码
利用 KOA 的服务端点进行拒绝服务攻击或其它滥用行为
使用 KOA 生成或传播违反当地法律法规的内容

违反上述规范可能导致激活码被吊销，且不予退款。

4. 知识产权

4.1 KOA 的权利

KOA 软件及其内容（包括但不限于提示词框架、内置角色设定、UI 设计、代码）的知识产权归开发者所有。

4.2 你的权利

你通过 KOA 创建的内容（角色设定、聊天记录、故事书、记忆等）归你所有。KOA 不会在未经你同意的情况下使用你创建的内容。

4.3 第三方权利

KOA 支持的游戏（星露谷物语、我的世界、饥荒等）及其资产归各自版权方所有。KOA 与这些游戏的发行商没有官方合作关系。

5. AI 生成内容免责

KOA 的 AI 对话功能由第三方 AI 服务驱动。AI 生成的内容：

· 不构成任何专业建议（包括但不限于心理、医疗、法律、财务建议）

· 可能包含不准确或虚构的信息

· 仅供娱乐和陪伴用途

KOA 对第三方 AI 服务的可用性、生成质量、内容审核策略或数据处理方式不承担责任。

6. 游戏 Mod 免责

KOA 提供的游戏 mod 按「现状」提供。我们尽力确保兼容性，但不保证：

与所有游戏版本或第三方 mod 的兼容性
游戏更新后的即时适配
不会影响游戏存档（建议使用前备份）

7. 服务可用性

本地功能不受云端状态影响，始终可用
云端服务（激活验证、同步、邮箱）我们尽力维持可用，但不承诺 100% 在线时间
计划内维护会提前通知

8. 服务变更与终止

8.1 我们的权利

我们保留修改、暂停或终止 KOA 服务（全部或部分）的权利
服务终止前会提供合理的通知期
终止前会提供数据导出窗口，确保你能取回自己的数据

8.2 你的权利

你可以随时停止使用 KOA
你可以随时注销云端账号并删除所有云端数据
注销不影响激活码本身的有效性（码是你购买的）

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，KOA 的开发者不对以下情况承担责任：

因使用或无法使用 KOA 产生的间接、附带或后果性损害
因第三方 AI 服务的行为、中断或数据处理导致的损害
因游戏 mod 导致的游戏数据损失
因激活码泄露导致的未授权访问（请妥善保管你的激活码）

10. 适用法律

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。我们鼓励通过友好协商解决争议；如协商不成，双方同意提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院处理。

11. 条款变更

我们可能不时更新本服务条款。变更后的条款将在本页面发布，重大变更会通过官网公告和产品更新日志通知你。

继续使用 KOA 即表示你接受更新后的条款。如不同意变更，你可以停止使用并注销账号。

1. Service Description

KOA brings the character you love to life — adventuring with you across multiple game worlds, with calls, texts, and shared memories beyond the game.

Core features run locally on your device, without depending on the cloud
Cloud services (activation verification, data sync, email account) are auxiliary features
AI conversations are powered by third-party AI services you configure yourself; KOA does not provide AI models

2. Activation Codes & Payment

2.1 Purchase

Activation codes are purchased through the Aifadian platform. Purchases are subject to Aifadian's own terms of transaction.

2.2 Usage Limits

Each activation code can be active on up to 3 devices simultaneously
Activation codes are bound to device fingerprints and are non-transferable
Online verification occurs every 30 days, with a 3-day grace period after failed verification

2.3 Refunds

Refund policies follow Aifadian platform rules. For special circumstances, please contact support@koasystem.com.

3. Acceptable Use

When using KOA, you agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to crack the activation system
Resell in bulk, publicly share, or distribute activation codes in any way
Use KOA's service endpoints for denial-of-service attacks or other abuse
Use KOA to generate or distribute content that violates applicable laws

Violations may result in activation code revocation without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 KOA's Rights

The intellectual property of KOA software and its content (including but not limited to prompt frameworks, built-in character settings, UI design, and code) belongs to the developer.

4.2 Your Rights

Content you create through KOA (character settings, chat history, storybooks, memories, etc.) belongs to you. KOA will not use your content without your consent.

4.3 Third-Party Rights

Games supported by KOA (Stardew Valley, Minecraft, Don't Starve Together, etc.) and their assets belong to their respective copyright holders. KOA has no official partnership with these game publishers.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

KOA's AI chat features are powered by third-party AI services. AI-generated content:

· Does not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice)

· May contain inaccurate or fictional information

· Is intended solely for entertainment and companionship purposes

KOA is not responsible for the availability, generation quality, content moderation policies, or data handling practices of third-party AI services.

6. Game Mod Disclaimer

Game mods provided by KOA are offered "as is". While we strive for compatibility, we do not guarantee:

Compatibility with all game versions or third-party mods
Immediate adaptation after game updates
That game saves will not be affected (we recommend backing up before use)

7. Service Availability

Local features are always available regardless of cloud status
Cloud services (activation verification, sync, email) — we strive for availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
Planned maintenance will be announced in advance

8. Service Changes & Termination

8.1 Our Rights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate KOA services (in whole or in part)
Reasonable notice will be provided before termination
A data export window will be provided before termination to ensure you can retrieve your data

8.2 Your Rights

You may stop using KOA at any time
You may deactivate your cloud account and delete all cloud data at any time
Deactivation does not affect the validity of the activation code itself (it is your purchase)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOA's developer shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use KOA
Damages caused by the actions, interruptions, or data handling of third-party AI services
Game data loss caused by game mods
Unauthorized access resulting from activation code disclosure (please safeguard your activation code)

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We encourage resolving disputes through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the developer's location.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and significant changes will be communicated through website announcements and product changelogs.

Continued use of KOA constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may stop using KOA and deactivate your account.
