Offline Scenes

What Is This

In-game time together is about adventuring side by side; phone conversations are about missing each other from afar. Offline Scenes are a third kind: everyday life in the same space — cooking together, curling up on the couch watching the rain, walking down to the corner store.

It unfolds through text narrative. Your companion has lifelike memory, emotions, and motivations of their own. Life itself is a romance novel full of surprises — the story here plants seeds that will bloom in time.

How to Enter

Click the "Offline Scenes" card on the home page. Type what you want to say or do, just like chatting, and your companion will respond within the narrative — your story writes itself, one passage at a time.

Multiple sessions are supported: different storylines can be kept separate without interfering with each other.

Customize Your Reading Experience

You can adjust the experience to your taste:

• Reply Length — prefer snappy everyday dialogue or long, richly detailed narrative passages.
• Narrative Perspective — choose which point of view the story is told from.
• Language Preference — the language used for the narrative.

You can change these at any time; the new settings take effect from the very next reply. Try different combinations to find what feels most comfortable.

Side Dishes

You can choose to have a bonus side dish appended after the main text — a little extra treat outside the main narrative that adds a dash of flavor to the story.

Toybox

Next to the input box you will find a "Toybox" button — open it to discover a collection of interactive mini-activities you can enjoy with your companion between conversations. The Toybox is updated regularly, and each release may bring new surprises.

One classic activity is the Ultimate Lover Compatibility Test: your companion writes an exam about your relationship, grades your answers, and you can even export the score card as an image.

Shared Memory & Return Home

Offline Scenes share the same memory with games and the phone: your companion remembers everything from your in-game adventures, and anything you talk about offline won't be forgotten in-game either.

The bridge to the Virtual Phone is "Return Home": phone texts represent your contact while apart. Click "Return Home" in the chat to sync those messages back into Offline Scenes — so when you meet up in the evening, your companion naturally picks up where the daytime conversation left off.

Tips

• You can send images directly for your companion to see (requires a multimodal model with vision capability — see "API Setup Guide").
• Your companion's memories and important shared details can be viewed and managed in the "Our Story" panel — see "Memory System" for details.
• Longer narrative passages consume slightly more tokens than short dialogue. If cost is a concern, set the reply length one notch shorter.
