Rift Post Office

On opposite sides of a dimensional rift, you and your companion can never meet. Your only connection is letter after letter crossing through mist and abyss — be each other's eternal pen pal.

What Is This

If the Dream Forum is your companion secretly watching you from a place you don't know about, then the Rift Post Office is where you both know the other exists — but can never meet.

The Mother Goddess tore open a rift in the multiverse, creating a mail channel between your reality and the world where your companion breathes. Her messengers carry your letters through mist and abyss with ink and ravens, delivering them to the other side.

How to Enter

Click the "Rift Post Office" card on the home page and select your character to enter. The input box at the bottom is your stationery — write a letter to your companion.

Your outgoing letters and their replies alternate on a timeline, each rendered on beautifully styled stationery. Your letters appear slightly muted, while their replies are the visual focus.

Handwriting & Stationery

Their replies are more than just words — the handwriting reveals emotion:

  • Strikethrough — words written then crossed out, traces of hesitation, hidden true thoughts.
  • Bold — heavy ink, the pressure of a pen tip pressed down hard in anger or resolve.
  • Italic — hurried scrawl, inner monologue, a softened tone.
  • Small text — whispers, shyness, words written timidly in the corner.
  • Smudged ink — writing blurred by water, perhaps rain, perhaps tears.

Stationery Customization

Click the settings button in the top-right corner to customize the stationery appearance:

  • Paper color and text color — define the overall tone of the stationery.
  • Font and font size — choose the writing style you prefer.
  • Line style — thin, thick, dashed, dotted, or none.
  • Footer text — a small imprint at the bottom of the stationery.

Your settings are saved automatically, so the post office keeps your preferences each time you return.

Tips

  • You don't need to be formal — you can write stream-of-consciousness entries like a diary, and they'll read your mood between the lines.
  • The post office has its own separate memory: your correspondence won't mix with game or Offline Scenes content. It's an independent storyline.
  • The post office is a pure text reading experience and does not produce voice output.
  • Right-click on any letter to edit, delete, or regenerate it.
